My Mindful Barre Method is a curated sequence, layered with intention. Each class builds upon the last, teaching your body the language of strength and balance. As your foundation deepens, your mind finds more space to breathe, your posture elevates, and your confidence grows — not because the class changes, but because you do.

As with My Mindful Barre Method, Smart Strength is designed for women navigating perimenopause and beyond, focusing on supporting your body’s natural transformation process rather than battling it. We lift with intention, move with mindfulness, and build the strength that carries us into our next—and I believe— most vibrant chapter. Here, strength training becomes an act of self-trust and a pathway to renewal.

I’ve been a holistic health practitioner for almost 20 years, blending bodywork, movement, and wellness practices to help women feel more at home in their bodies. As a licensed massage therapist (retiring), nationally certified barre instructor, and lifelong student of holistic health and wellness, I created My Mindful Barre Method from my own need to find another way — and the longing to rebuild strength without pushing my body beyond its limits. Navigating autoimmune challenges and the perimenopause odyssey myself, every sequence is designed to be intentional, safe, and rooted in compassion.

What began as a personal practice has become a sanctuary for women like you: a place to feel safe, seen, and supported while rediscovering your strength, balance, and vitality.
